This is part of Mana's instructions rather than one of my own terms but it's a good idea anyway:

tricky part, I suppose, is that it has to be a "place of great power"
A neutral place, but one of great power.
I'm not sure what could fit that description.

I worked on a map of the locations affected by the gods last month and I've tried to triangulate the ideal spot based on my data but to be honest it didn't go very well.
